I've also provided some tracking tools—the Body Mass Index (BMI), for instance, so you can determine your percentage of body fat—along with a chart that shows the best foods to eat and those you should absolutely avoid.
Remember, it's always a good time to lose weight. Shedding even 5 to 10 pounds can take enormous pressure off your heart and do wonders for your self-esteem, well-being, and longevity.
