Using a Natural Blood Thinner

I am looking for a natural solution to promote circulatory health and blood viscosity. Are there any natural blood thinners that promote optimal heart health?

There are a host of hearthealthy supplements that act as natural blood thinners. Vitamin E may have a marginal blood-thinning effect. Natto, a traditional cheese-like fermented soy product, and its supplemental form, nattokinase, both help promote normal clotting and help to enhance blood flow, which definitely boosts heart health. And finally, the seasonings ginger and garlic are excellent natural blood thinners. That’s why I drink ginger tea on a regular basis.
