Track Your Progress During the Diabesity Challenge
So, hopefully you’ve signed up for my Diabesity Challenge and you’re ready to lower your risk for diabetes or reverse the disease altogether!
Once you’ve signed up, you will need to pick a start date (prior to
October 31, 2012) and record your baseline numbers, including:
- Height
- Weight
- Hip and waist circumference (measured at the largest points)
- BMI
- Optional info:
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar
- Hemoglobin A1C
- Cholesterol
- Triglycerides
You can keep track of these numbers in a notebook, online journal, or download my Diabesity Challenge forms.
Next, you’ll want to start tracking your progress. That means recording the following each day:
- Your exercise sessions
- Your diet (poor, fair, or good)
- Your weight
Once again, you can use a notebook, an online journal, or simply download my Compliance Log.
