A Heart-Healthy Vegetable Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. fresh spinach
- 1 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
Heat olive oil with garlic in large frying pan over medium heat until garlic is golden. Toss in spinach and cook several minutes or until wilted. Top with pine nuts and serve.
