Is your blood stealing calcium from your bones?

Right now little bits of calcium are coursing through your blood vessels.

Left unaddressed this calcium can collect on the walls of your blood vessels reducing their flexibility and having a negative impact on both circulation and blood pressure.

As a cardiologist, I can’t stress how important MK-7 is to a healthy heart. And if you’re taking calcium supplements, MK-7 is a must.

Removing free-floating calcium from the bloodstream and getting it where it belongs helps ensure healthy circulation, flexible blood vessels, AND strong bones.
— Dr. Stephen Sinatra

But a very special form of vitamin K2 can actually help navigate this process—by literally directing those bits of calcium out of your bloodstream and into your bones where they belong.

I don’t need to tell you how important calcium is to your bones…but few people realize the negative impact it can have on your heart health. And this special form of vitamin K2 offers two-pronged protection:

In fact, one impressive study showed that people with this highest intake of this very special form of vitamin K2, had the best cardio health profile!

It’s tough to get enough vitamin K from your diet alone, and there are several forms of vitamin K. They each come with benefits, but K2 is far more bioavailable than K1; it stays in the blood longer and is more effectively distributed throughout your body.

And there are several forms of K2, but don’t be fooled by inferior forms like MK-4 or MK-9. Because MK-7 is the only form of vitamin K2 that specializes in pulling calcium out of the bloodstream and delivering it to your bones where it’s needed most.

  1. Removing calcium from your bloodstream means less calcium in your brain, your heart, or anywhere else in the body that it shouldn’t be.
  2. Collecting this free-floating calcium and shuttling it into your bones helps ensure a lifetime of strong, healthy bones.

Conceptually the idea of transporting Calcium to where it can do best by taking MK-7 is attractive. To have empirical proof that it is doing what it claims is an entirely different matter. So, I have no idea if it works or not.
