Put the Awesome Foursome to work today and…

Revive, Rejuvenate, and Revitalize Your Heart

If you’ve been reading my advice for any period of time, you’ve likely heard me mention the Awesome Foursome. It’s based on what I call metabolic cardiology. That is, your heart runs on a fuel called ATP and nature has provided four unbelievably powerful nutrients that work together to help your body produce it.

The more ATP your body makes, the stronger, healthier, and more powerful your heart can become.

Make no mistake, each of the nutrients I’m about to discuss is wonderful on its own. But their total combined power, or synergy, far exceeds the sum of their parts.

The Synergy of the Awesome Foursome

Of all the organs in your body, the heart is the most susceptible to free-radical damage, environmental toxins, heavy metal poisoning, and premature aging.

Fortunately enough, your heart is also very responsive to the benefits of targeted nutrient support. Over the course of the last 30 years, time and again, I’ve seen people with serious heart concerns do a complete turnaround thanks to a powerful nutrient combination I call the Awesome Foursome.

The Awesome Foursome is the most comprehensive solution for:

  • Real, lasting, natural energy
  • Balanced HDL, LDL, and triglyceride levels
  • Healthy blood pressure levels
  • Enhanced circulation
  • Optimizing heart fuel production
  • Total body wellness and
  • A strong, energized, well-protected heart

The Awesome Foursome is about to change your life!

The first two parts of the Awesome Foursome are CoQ10 and L-Carnitine.

CoQ10 is a powerful heart-protecting, free-radical fighting antioxidant. It also helps deliver fuel to the energy producers living in every cell of your body—it is crucial to heart health.

Although some CoQ10 can be made by your body, your heart needs a lot of it and aging, stress, and many medications (especially statin drugs) can deplete our stores of it.

L-carnitine plays a crucial role in energy production as well—delivering vital fatty acids into your cells to burn for fuel.

Believe it or not, 60% of the heart’s fuel comes from fats! So an ample supply of L-carnitine is absolutely critical to efficient energy production.

And you’ll find both of these powerhouse nutrients in my number one recommended source of unmatched heart health support and powerful antioxidant and anti-aging protection, Omega Q Plus with Resveratrol!

But we’re only halfway there…

More super-fuel for your heart’s engines!

The third member of this four-pronged approach to heart health is a naturally occurring sugar called D-ribose.

D-ribose is another type of fuel used by your cells to generate energy. But D-ribose can also help the body recycle its energy, reducing fatigue and actually boosting the efficiency of each and every heartbeat.

And RiboBoost M is a simple and delicious way to deliver a daily supply of D-ribose to every cell in your heart and your body.

Power up your heart muscle!

Magnesium is the ring-leader for every facet of cellular energy production. Without an ample supply of magnesium, all the heart fuels in the world would go to waste because your body requires this mineral to execute every stage of the energy-making process.

Magnesium is also responsible for smooth muscle function throughout the body…and your heart is one really important muscle!

Yet most American diets are sorely lacking in this crucial mineral.

If you want to make absolutely certain that you’re getting the magnesium you need on a daily basis, my Broad Spectrum Magnesium is the perfect solution.

Individually, each of these nutrients offers powerful heart support…

I’ve been researching these natural solutions for more than 30 years. If I could get on the tallest soap box, I would tell the world about the incredible heart healing, protecting, and supporting benefits of the Awesome Foursome.

Every one of these nutrients is a powerhouse on its own, but when combined, the synergy of the Awesome Foursome can help ensure a lifetime of optimal cardio protection, boundless energy, and total body wellness.

I think that this product is high quality, and I especially like the fact that the DHA component is higher than most available fish oil supplements. After taking the Magnesium supplement, I have noticed that my blood pressure has improved significantly. Also, after taking these supplements (along with other supplements suggested in Dr. Sinatra's "The Great Cholesterol Myth") and eating less carbs, my HDL has increased 52%, my LDL has decreased by 32%, and my A1C has decreased 6%. Not sure if it was the supplements or the diet change or both, but whatever it is, it seems to be working!

I have been taking Advanced BP Support along with RiboBoost, and Omega Q Plus with Resveratrol for about 6 months now. My good cholesterol is up, my bad cholesterol is down, my blood pressure is down, and my energy is up. I am a believer in Dr. Sinatra's Awesome Foursome. In addition, at my yearly checkup, my family Dr. told me "Whatever you are doing, keep doing it".

Bought this for my mother. Too early to tell whether product is good or not. She's been taking them for approximately one month. I hope she feels better soon so we will wait 3 months.

A high-quality source of heart-healthy DHA

The ability of the body to convert plant-based omega-3s (ALA) to EPA, and subsequently DHA, is very low even in healthy individuals. And DHA is especially difficult to obtain from plant-based omega-3s. Virtually no DHA is converted from ALA: One study showed that only 0.04% is converted to DHA1 and another study showed healthy males converted only 4%.2

You would need to eat about 4 teaspoons of flaxseed oil to get the same amount of DHA in Omega Q Plus with Resveratrol…or about 1 cup of walnuts…or about 7 tablespoons of canola oil.

Why is DHA important to heart health?

Blood pressure

Research shows that DHA supplementation has a better effect in promoting normal blood pressure levels than EPA. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study, subjects were given purified supplements of EPA or DHA (4 grams) or placebo for 6 weeks. Researchers found that DHA was superior to EPA for supporting healthy blood pressure levels. DHA (but not EPA) also helped reduce heart rate. It was also found that EPA supplements had no effect on raising blood phospholipid levels of DHA, indicating that the body has a difficult time converting EPA supplements to DHA.3

DHA is also better at improving vasodilation and endothelial function (as measured by forearm blood flow) in these same subjects.4

Blood Lipids

EPA and DHA have been shown to have favorable effects on blood lipids, including triglycerides, HDL cholesterol and lipid particle size, all important measures of cardiovascular health. While it appears that both EPA and DHA help to lower triglycerides (dosages greater than 2 grams daily), research suggests that DHA is the omega-3 that is responsible for increasing HDL cholesterol levels in the body.

Overall heart health

In a study of postmenopausal women, those with the highest levels of DHA (and not EPA or ALA) showed significantly better coronary artery health over a 3 year period.5 Similarly, in men, research shows that higher levels of DHA (and lower levels of saturated fat) is associated with better coronary artery health.6
