You’ve seen the studies: vitamin D is critical for everything from immune health to strong, healthy bones and cardiovascular function. Plus, it supports cellular integrity, improves muscle function and agility, enhances heart health, and even helps your body process sugar properly. More research supporting vitamin D’s health benefits emerges every day.

But it’s almost impossible to get enough from the foods you eat. In fact, over one-third of Americans are now deficient in vitamin D. That’s why supplementation is crucial, particularly during winter months, when it’s impossible a challenge to get enough sunlight for our bodies to manufacture the vitamin D we need.

In each dose you get a full 5,000 IU of vitamin D3, your body’s preferred form, the one it uses most efficiently.

I am 'looking forward' to trying this supplement (when my current supply runs out) but will not know until I take a lab test, likely months from now, about the effectiveness of the vitamin. I trust in the quality of the supplements offered by Dr Williams.

I am a 77 year old man that is in pretty good health. The only medication that I take is one thyroid tablet daily. I feel good and am energized most of the time and I attribute this to taking Vitamin D3 and other vitamins. I rarely have a cold or get the flu or for that matter any other sickness. I attribute this to the vitamins that I take and God's blessing.

D3 was highly recommended due to the amount of time spent indoors. The gel pill is small and very easy to swallow and no side affects.
