A Heart-Healthy Salad Recipe
- ½ lb. cooked fresh wild Alaskan salmon, chopped
- 2 unpeeled, cooked red potatoes, quartered and cooled
- 4 cups chopped organic spinach or green leaf lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. honey
Wisk dressing ingredients together in large bowl. Add all salad ingredients and toss gently.
