A Heart-Healthy Entrée Recipe
- 1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. crushed thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Season meat with black pepper. Heat oil in a pan and brown meat on all sides. Sprinkle with thyme and spread with Dijon mustard. Roast 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375° F or until meat thermometer registers 180° F.
