Lemon Poppy Seed Dip

A Heart-Healthy Sides & Sauces Recipe

  • 2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 4 tsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Yield: About 1 cup. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
