Lemon Poppy Seed Dip

- 2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 4 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Yield: About 1 cup. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
