Lemon-Honey Dressing

A Heart-Healthy Sides & Sauces Recipe

  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. local or organic honey
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. fresh or dried basil
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well before using.

Makes 4 servings.
