- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 Tbsp. local or organic honey
- 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp. fresh or dried basil
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well before using.
