In my last post, I discussed CoQ10. Now I'd like to discuss its partner, L-carnitine. Together, they form a "dynamic duo," with the ability to help promote healthy blood pressure levels and to reduce a wide variety of risk factors of heart disease.
You see, while CoQ10 sparks energy within the cells, L-carnitine is like a shuttle, bringing fuel into heart cells to be burned as energy. I recommend taking 250–500 mg L-carnitine fumarate three to four times daily for healthy blood pressure levels. Start at the low end of the dosage scale and work up until you achieve the effect desired.
