L-Carnitine for Healthy Blood Pressure Levels

In my last post, I discussed CoQ10. Now I'd like to discuss its partner, L-carnitine. Together, they form a "dynamic duo," with the ability to help promote healthy blood pressure levels and to reduce a wide variety of risk factors of heart disease.

You see, while CoQ10 sparks energy within the cells, L-carnitine is like a shuttle, bringing fuel into heart cells to be burned as energy. I recommend taking 250–500 mg L-carnitine fumarate three to four times daily for healthy blood pressure levels. Start at the low end of the dosage scale and work up until you achieve the effect desired. Both L-carnitine and coenzyme Q10 may require fine-tuning to obtain healthy blood pressure levels and symptom relief.
