How To Support Healthy Cholesterol Levels with a Juicing Diet

It’s a fact that a high-fiber diet, like my Pan-Asian Mediterranean (PAM) diet, will help to support healthy cholesterol levels. If you have a hard time eating enough whole fruits and vegetables to meet your daily fiber quota (at least 30 grams),  a juicing diet is a good solution to consider. Juiced fruits and veggies are a great source of fiber.

My Favorite Cholesterol-Supporting Juicing Recipe:

  • One-third of a bag of spinach

  • One-half of a bunch of parsley

  • 4 to 6 carrots

  • One-half inch of ginger root

  • One garlic clove

  • One apple or half of a red beet
