Fruit Smoothie

A Heart-Healthy Beverage Recipe

  • 2 tsp. whole flaxseed, ground in a coffee mill
  • 1 ¼ cups organic milk
  • 8 organic strawberries, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. organic blueberries
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cups walnuts or almonds
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Makes 1 serving.
