- 2 tsp. whole flaxseed, ground in a coffee mill
- 1 ¼ cups organic milk
- 8 organic strawberries, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. organic blueberries
- 1 tsp. honey
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 cups walnuts or almonds
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
