A Heart-Healthy Beverage Recipe
- 2 tsp. whole organic flaxseed, ground in a coffee mill
- 1 ¼ cups organic milk
- 8 organic strawberries, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. organic blueberries
- 1 tsp. organic raw honey
- 4 ice cubes made from purified water
- 1/2 cup organic almonds
- 2 tsp. organic chia seeds
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
