The Best Time for a Blood Pressure Reading [VIDEO]

What is the best time of day to take your blood pressure reading? Blood pressure does, indeed, fluctuate throughout the day. It's best to take a blood pressure reading an hour after awakening, before breakfast. Also, if you like to take two blood pressure readings daily, you can also take it an hour after dinner.
