Blending Vitamins Into Smoothies
Can I blend my vitamins into smoothies so that I don't have to deal with the process of swallowing so many vitamin pills?
Sure you can put vitamins into a blender. But you'll want to open up any capsules and dump in the contents separately. I actually make smoothies regularly and have written about it in my newsletter. I like to put up to 15 different kinds of fruits and vegetables into a blender, along with whole chia seed and a scoop of D-ribose. It's good for the heart and the whole body. Plus, it tastes great.
