Is the formula and capsule vegetarian?
No, this product contains fish oil and gelatin. The gelatin found in the softgels is made from bovine (cow) and porcine (pig) sources. Our softgels are all pharmaceutical grade, and are made from the same gelatin that is used by leading pharmaceutical companies.

Is this formula gluten free?
“Gluten Free” is a term defined by the FDA with actual testing required. Since this product has not undergone quantitative testing for gluten, we can not guarantee it is gluten free.

Is the formula sodium free?
Yes. There are also no preservatives, artificial colors or artificial flavors.

Can I take this product with Dr. Sinatra's other recommended nutritional supplements?
Yes, this formula is intended to be taken with other nutrients, such as Dr. Sinatra’s Omega Q Plus™.

How should I store the product?
To preserve quality and freshness, store the box in a cool dry place (59-86oF). Do not refrigerate.

Is this product tested for lead, mercury, and other heavy metals?
Every batch of Dr. Sinatra’s Daily Nutrient Program is tested for lead and heavy metals. Each is delivered to Healthy Directions with a Certificate of Analysis from the manufacturer stating that the products are free from heavy metals or within the limits set by California’s Proposition 65 – the most stringent in the country.

Each month, Advanced BioSolutions randomly selects several of its products and sends them to independent laboratories to make sure that they meet safe levels for heavy metals as well as label claim.

Are there any side effects?
There are no known side-effects associated with this formula. However, as with any food product, there may be infrequent and highly sensitized reactions associated with this or any other nutritional supplement. If such a reaction occurs, you should consider discontinuing use of this or any product.
