Consumer Reports in their September 2010 issue ran a lead article about the 12 most dangerous nutritional supplements. I’m sure they did their research thoroughly, but I could have saved them a lot of trouble. I’ve already put together my list of the “bottom 12” supplements—in which I included many of the same supplements on the Consumer Reports list. I’ve gone even further, though, and given you natural solutions you can use instead of those unsuitable supplements.
In each case, the "Don't take" supplement has undesirable side effects, and the "Take" supplement will give you the same benefits without the side effects.
